Shipping & Delivery
At ArttyKase, we are committed to delivering your DIY art kits and supplies safely and quickly. Our shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are outlined below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in [South Delhi, India] within [1–3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in New Delhi, India. We strive to process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the final shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your payment.

Once shipped, domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days to be delivered. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier delays or local holidays.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services to international customers in the future. Please follow our social media and subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier company's website to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Damaged or Lost Packages

However, if your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items and contact us immediately at arttykase@gmail.com. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us with your order details. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. The investigation process may take up to 10 business days. We will keep you informed and arrange for a replacement or a full refund once the package is confirmed as lost.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for International Orders)

Shipping Damage
ArttyKase is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
